DONGRU DR380 Portable film thickness gauge is a magnetic eddy current dual-use Coating thickness gauge with fast measurement, high Sensitivity Probe, LCD screen, Data storage function and other characteristics. The instrument has a Measurement range of 0~ 1250 microns, an accuracy of +/- (1% -3%) H + 1.5μm. It adopts imported high-quality metal Probe, high Sensitivity, and supports continuous measurement and single measurement.

Principle
DR380 is a dual-use Portable film thickness gauge for measurement of different metal substrates. Using magnetic thickness measurement method, it can nondestructive measurement of the thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron) (such as galvanized, chromium, imprisoned, enamel, rubber, powder, paints, Electrophoresis, enamel, anti-corrosion layer, Coating, etc.). At the same time, the eddy current thickness measurement method can be used for nondestructive measurement of the thickness of nonconductive coatings on nonmagnetic metal substrates (such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel) (such as paints, powders, plastics, rubber, enamel, enamel, Electrophoresis, anti-corrosion layer, spray layer, etc.).

Steps
1. Measurement mode: continuous measurement or single measurement
2. Calibrate: choose zero point calibrate, two point calibrate or multi point calibrate
3. Automatically identify the substrate material: iron-based or non-iron-based
4. Start measurement: Probe placed on the surface of the test object
5. View results: LCD display thickness value
6. Data storage: can be divided into 10 groups, each group of 200 data
7. Statistical function: MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and measurement times can be viewed
8. Unit conversion: Switch between μm or Mil as needed
