Overview
The QFZ type film adhesion tester is a SHIBO brand manual testing equipment used to determine the adhesion ability of various films to the surface of the coated material.
Features
1. Manual operation design for easy control of the testing process
2. Drawing diameter adjustable range 0~ 10.5mm
3. Use 808 grade stylus as the rotating needle
4. Working Travel ≥ 80mm
5. Equipped with a variety of Nominal Mass options (500g, 200g, 100g)
6. The effective area of the worktable is 50 * 100mm, suitable for a variety of sample sizes
Principle
The main drive part of the QFZ type film adhesion tester is composed of a handwheel, a sprocket, and a helical helical gear. When the handwheel is rotated, the table moves left and right, and the needle is rounded at the same time. The drawing head part adjusts the machine head up and down through double-ended square screws, and the sliding dovetail and screw drive the lower dovetail plate connected by the hand tracing needle to adjust the drawing diameter. The table part drives the table to move back and forth through the connection of the half nut and the screw, and the base part supports the table and the tracing head and other components.
Steps
1. Prepare the sample according to the requirements
2. Check the steel needle, it is recommended to use a new steel needle, the tip of the needle is about 3mm away from the work surface
3. Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip to the desired drawing diameter and tighten it with screws
4. Install the sample film face up on the workbench and press it with a pressure plate
5. Add weight to the weight plate as required
6. Lift the movable half nut, move the table to the outer end, and then put down the movable half nut
7. Flip the lever to bring the tip into contact with the membrane surface
8. Shake the handwheel, the steel needle draws the spiral pattern on the sample, and judges the adhesion grade according to the pattern
Notice
• It is recommended to replace the steel needle with a new one at the beginning of use
• The needle tip should be kept about 3mm away from the work surface
• After adjusting the drawing diameter, it needs to be tightened with screws
• When the sample is installed, the film surface must be facing up and pressed with a pressure plate
• Weight addition and release should be carried out according to the specified requirements
• Make sure the workbench is moved to the outer end before operation
• During the test, the needle tip should be in full contact with the membrane surface
