Overview
QGZ-24 automatic film Drying time Recorder is a new type of instrument for measuring coating drying time of SHIBO brand. The instrument can automatically and continuously show the state of each stage of the drying process in the form of drawing circular trajectories for films formed by various coatings, and intuitively analyze and observe the time used in each stage. It is an ideal instrument for coating detection and formulation research.

Principle
The instrument is placed on the prepared film test board. After turning on the power supply, the synchronous motor drives the rotating arm equipped with the scribe needle through the connecting shaft to rotate at a constant speed at a set speed. The scribe needle draws a circular track with a diameter of 100mm on the film. As the film gradually dries, the plow marks on the scribe needle on the film become narrower and shallower from width to depth until no traces can be drawn at the end, thus showing the complete drying process.

Steps
1. According to the requirements of GB1727 in the test plate on the preparatory film
2. Choose the appropriate scribing needle according to the characteristics of film drying, and choose the fine scribing needle for the quick-drying paint
3. Place the instrument on the test board as a whole, and tighten the rotating arm counterclockwise with your finger to eliminate the mechanical gap before placing it
4. Mark the contact part between the test plate and the scribe needle, turn on the power supply and press the switch to start the test.
5. Turn off the power at the end of the test, remove the test plate, place the time dial concentrically on the test plate, align the 0 points on the plate with the test start point, and judge the time used in each drying stage
Notice
• Test board requirements: Glass plate (200 * 200 * 2-3mm) or smooth tinplate (200 * 200 * 0.2-0 mm) or agreed material
• Test environment: according to the requirements of GB1727-79, the coated test plate is placed horizontally, avoiding airflow, no direct sunlight, temperature 25 +/- 1 ° C, relative humidity 65 +/- 5% or according to agreed conditions
• Before placing the instrument, tighten the rotating arm counterclockwise with your finger to eliminate the mechanical gap
• At the end of the test, the time dial should be placed concentrically and accurately aligned with the test start point
