Overview
Japan OSP stainless steel brush S-8 is a tool specially designed for cleaning laboratory bars and production machines with anilox rollers. Its wire bristle length is 8mm, the bristle part is 12mm wide and 75mm long, and the base is made of wood, which is suitable for efficient cleaning operations.

Principle
Wash the surface of an anilox roller or Mayer Rods in circular motion with ultra-fine soft wire bristles combined with cleaning fluid to effectively remove inks and blockages while protecting the instrument from damage.

Steps
1. Rinse Mayer Rods surface inks with water after shutdown
2. Spreader cleaning liquid evenly on the surface of the anilox roller, wait for ten minutes, brush with wire brush in circular motion for 3-5 minutes, and let the foam stay for 3-5 minutes after brushing
3. Rinse the cleaning solution with water to ensure no residue
4. When the blockage is serious, the residence time of the cleaning liquid and the brushing time can be extended, or the above steps can be repeability
