Overview
Japan OSP stainless steel brush M-16 is a wire cleaning brush specially designed for laboratory bar and production machine anilox roller cleaning. The bristle length of this product is 16mm, the width of the bristle part is 50mm, the length is 120mm, and it has 6 rows of bristles. The base is made of 14mm thick wood.

Principle
Through the ultra-fine soft wire bristles and the cleaning liquid, the surface of the anilox roller is brushed in a circular motion to effectively remove blockages and residual inks without damaging the surface of the instrument.

Steps
1. Wash off the Mayer Rods surface inks with water after shutdown
2. Spreader cleaning solution evenly on the surface of the anilox roller, wait about ten minutes
3. Scrub with wire brush in circular motion for 3 to 5 minutes
4. Let the foam stay on the surface of the anilox roller for 3 to 5 minutes after brushing
5. Finally rinse with water to ensure that no cleaning liquid remains
6. When the blockage is serious, the residence time of the cleaning liquid and the brushing time can be extended, or the above steps can be repeability
Notice
• Make sure to rinse clean after cleaning, and do not leave the cleaning liquid on the surface of the anilox roller
• For severe blockage, the cleaning time and repeability cleaning steps can be appropriately extended
