Overview
PUSHEN PS 2826/1 Lab Basket Grinder is a wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. It adopts electric lifting design, which can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete both dispersion and grinding production processes at the same time, effectively reducing material fineness.

Principle
The equipment is a wet Grinder. Through a high-speed swirl/spin grinding basket, the material and the grinding medium (such as 0.8-2 mm grinding beads) are fully mixed, collided and cut in a closed environment, so as to realize the dispersion of the material and the synchronization of the fine grinding.

Steps
1. Prepare the grinding medium according to the material characteristics and load it into the grinding basket.
2. Add the material to be processed into the standard cartridge.
3. Start the device and set the appropriate Rotation speed through the speed regulation function.
4. Use the electric lifting function to immerse the grinding basket into the material for dispersion grinding.
5. After reaching the required fineness, raise the grinding basket, stop the equipment, and take out the processed material.

• Material viscosity is recommended not to exceed 5000cps.
• Please select the appropriate grinding medium specification (0.8-2) according to the process requirements.
• Power supply voltage is 220V AC 50HZ before use.
