Overview
The 2XZ-25B direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a basic pumping equipment of the LICHEN brand, which is used to remove gas from sealed containers. The pump uses an oil pump forced oil inlet device, which can still operate continuously when the pressure of the intake port is ≤ 1.33 × 10 ³ Pa. It can be used alone or as a booster pump, a diffusion pump, a front stage pump for a molecular pump, a maintenance pump or a pre-pumping pump for a titanium pump.

Principle
The product is a direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump. The rotary vane is swirled/spun in the pump cavity by the motor to realize the gas extraction of the sealing container. Its core feature is the use of an oil pump forced oil inlet device to ensure stable operation under a specific intake pressure, and is equipped with a gas ballast valve to prevent pump oil emulsification.
