Overview
The UPT PLUS series of ultrapure water machines is designed for High Accuracy experiments with extreme requirements for ultrapure water. This series pursues excellence from design, process to component procurement, production and commissioning, and aims to become a good choice comparable to imported products. The UPT PLUS 20L/h model has a water production of 20L/h, and provides RO pure water and UP ultrapure water dual outlets to meet strict laboratory water quality standards.

Principle
This ultrapure water machine is used to prepare high-purity water through a multi-stage filtrate and purification process. The tap water is first pretreated, and then RO pure water is produced by reverse osmosis (RO) (RO) membrane. The RO pure water is further ultrapurified (such as ion exchange, ultraviolet oxidation, ultrafiltration, etc.) to remove residual ions, organic matter, microorganisms and particulate matter (PM), and finally produce ultrapure water (UP water) with a resistivity of up to 18.2MΩ .cm@25 ° C. The system has built-in circulation and disinfection functions to ensure stable water quality.
Applications
High Accuracy Experiments for Ultrapure Water
Steps
1. Connect the required water inlet (city tap water, TDS < 200ppm, pressure 0.1-0 Mpa) and power supply.
2. Turn it on through the 7-inch color Touchscreen and enter the animated menu Control system.
3. Select the water intake mode according to the needs: Basis Weight water intake (set 1-999999ml) or fixed quality water intake (set 0.1-18 MΩ .cm).
4. Select the water outlet: RO pure water outlet or UP ultra-pure water outlet for water intake.
5. The quality and inlet temperature of RO water and UP water can be monitored through the screen.
6. After use, you can use the system's regular standby or shutdown function, or shut down manually.
7. Regularly disinfect RO membranes, circulation pipes and water tanks with one-click disinfection function.
8. When the failure reminder of consumables appears, replace the corresponding consumables in time.
Notice
• The influent water quality is required to be urban tap water, and the TDS should be < 200ppm; when the TDS is > 200ppm, an additional water softener is required.
• The inlet pressure should be kept within the range of 0.1-0 MPa.
• Pay attention to the automatic reminder of the failure of consumables, and replace consumables in time to avoid water quality degradation.
• Use password protection to prevent unauthorized operations from altering system data.
• Flow velocity of ultrapure water intake is 1.2L/min (Flow velocity is slightly slower when equipped with UF ultrafiltration model).
The equipment is designed for Benchtop, please place it on a stable and suitable work surface.
• Regularly use the built-in RO membrane anti-scale automatic flushing function of the system to prolong the life of the RO membrane.
