LICHEN 101-0S electric air blowing dryer adopts studio air electric heating, forced circulation by the fan, uniform heat exchange with the object in the working area to realize thermostatic fostering or drying. The product has the characteristics of novel shape, excellent process, accurate temperature control, stable performance, easy maintenance and convenient operation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated to the air in the working room by an electric heater, and then the hot air is forced to be driven by a fan for swirl/spin circulation, so that the hot air is continuously and uniformly exchanged with the heated object in the working area, so as to achieve the set temperature and maintain thermostatic, to achieve the purpose of drying or fostering.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50HZ).
2. Turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) and timing time (0~ 999min) through the control panel.
4. If you need to use the blower function, turn on the independent fan switch.
5. Put the items to be processed on the shelf of the studio (2 pieces are standard, the maximum can be packed with 6 pieces, and the maximum load of the veneer is 15kg).
6. Close the box door and the equipment starts working.
7. During the working process, the internal situation can be observed through the double-decked Glass window.
8. After the timing is over or when it needs to be stopped, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V 50HZ.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• When the equipment is working, the studio temperature is high, do not touch it to avoid burns.
• When cleaning the studio, make sure the equipment is powered off and chilled down.
• Do not block the entry and exit trends of the equipment to ensure normal ventilation and circulation.
• If the device issues an over-temperature alarm, please check and deal with it in time.
