101-0BS electric air blowing dryer adopts the air in the working room after electric heating, forced swirl/spin circulation through the fan, and uniform heat exchange with the heating object in the working area to achieve the purpose of thermostatic fostering or drying. The product has the characteristics of novel shape, excellent process, accurate temperature control, stable performance, easy maintenance and convenient operation.

Principle
The drying oven heats the air in the working room through an electric heating element, and then uses a fan to force the air to perform a swirl/spin cycle. This forced convection method enables uniform and sufficient heat exchange between the hot air in the working area and the object being heated, so as to achieve the purpose of thermostatic fostering or drying.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50HZ).
2. Turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) through the LED digital tube.
4. Set the timing time as required (0 to 999 minutes).
5. Turn on the independent fan switch and start the forced cycle.
6. Put the items to be processed on the shelf of the studio (Load per shelf 15kg).
7. The device starts to work, and the temperature is controlled by PID technology to maintain thermostatic after reaching the set temperature.
8. During the working process, the internal situation can be observed through the double-decked thickened Glass large window.
9. After the timing is over or when it needs to be stopped, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V 50HZ.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• When the equipment is working, the studio temperature is high, please do not touch it directly to avoid burns.
• When cleaning the studio, remove the Shelf for cleaning.
• Note that the device has over-temperature alarm function. If the alarm is triggered, please check it in time.
• The shell of the equipment is electrostatic spraying of cold-rolled steel. Please use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid scratches.
The fan can operate for a long time, but it can be turned off when not necessary to save energy.
• Do not place flammable or explosive items near the equipment.
