Overview
LICHEN SX2-4-10LT ceramic fiber box type resistance furnace shell is welded with high-quality Cold rolled steel plate, and the furnace door is a side open structure. The interior is insulated by aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which has large heat storage capacity, fast heating and low energy consumption. The product is suitable for elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions, etc., and metal heat treatment heating such as small steel parts.

Principle
The resistance furnace is heated by electrical resistance wire as a heat source. Heat accumulates and conducts in the furnace with aluminum silicate fiber cotton insulation to form a uniform high temperature environment. The PID temperature control system monitors the temperature in the furnace through the Sensor and adjusts the Heating power to achieve accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and connection of the equipment to ensure it is in a safe state.
2. Put the sample to be processed into the furnace working area.
3. Close the furnace door and set the required temperature and program through the LCD screen (if it is a programmed temperature control model).
4, start heating, the equipment starts to heat up.
5. When the heating process is over or needs to be interrupted, the furnace door can be opened (the heating power will be automatically disconnected) to take out the sample.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• When the furnace door is opened, the heating power will be automatically disconnected, but the furnace may still be in a high temperature state. Wear protective equipment during operation to prevent burns.
• Do not operate beyond the recommended operating temperature (500~ 950 ° C) to avoid damage to the equipment.
• When placing the sample, make sure it is within the working size range (300 × 200 × 120mm) and does not touch the heating element.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable surface, away from flammable and explosive items.
