Overview
LICHEN SX2-8-10LTP ceramic fiber box type resistance furnace shell is welded by high-quality Cold rolled steel plate, and the furnace door is a side open structure. The interior is insulated by aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which has large heat storage capacity, fast heating and low energy consumption. The equipment is suitable for elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions, etc., and small steel parts and metal heat treatment heating.

Principle
The resistance furnace is energized by the resistance wire as a heat source, and the heat is transferred to the studio through the heating element embedded in the inner wall of the furnace. Using PID intelligent temperature control technology, the real-time temperature is fed back through the temperature sensor, and the controller precisely adjusts the Heating power to achieve fast and uniform heating and accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to the designated power supply (380V).
2. Open the furnace door, put the sample to be processed into the working area of the furnace, and close the furnace door.
3. Set the required temperature program through the LCD liquid crystal display and controller (the SX2-LTP model supports 30-segment program temperature control).
4. Start the heating, and the equipment will heat up and maintain according to the set program.
5. After the heating is over, after the furnace temperature is naturally cooled down or operated according to safety procedures, open the furnace door and take out the sample.
Notice
Equipment must be installed and operated by professionals, and grounded properly.
• The heating power will be automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened, please do not force open the furnace door during the heating process.
• Do not operate beyond the recommended operating temperature (500~ 950 ° C) to prevent damage to the equipment.
• When putting in and taking out samples, wear protective gear such as thermal gloves to prevent burns.
• When the equipment is working, the shell will have a certain temperature rise, do not touch it, and keep the surrounding ventilated and flammable.
• Regularly check the power cord, door sealing and internal conditions, and stop using it immediately if there is any abnormality.
• When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the equipment should be placed in a drying environment.
