Principle
The resistance furnace uses high temperature resistance wire as the heating element, and the electric energy is converted into heat energy through the resistance wire. The heat is evenly radiated to the studio through the resistance wire embedded in the inner wall of the ceramic fiber furnace. The PID intelligent temperature control system is used to adjust the Heating power in real time through the feedback of the temperature sensor to achieve accurate temperature control and maintenance.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to a 380V power supply.
2. Open the furnace door and put the samples to be processed into the working area in the furnace.
3. Close the furnace door and set the required temperature program through the LCD screen (the SX2-LTP model supports 30-stage program temperature control).
4, start heating, the equipment will heat up according to the set program and accurately control the temperature.
5, after the heating, the furnace temperature naturally cooled down to a safe range and then open the door to take out the sample.
6. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be well grounded and wired by professionals.
• When the furnace body is working and just finished, the surface temperature is high, do not touch it to prevent burns.
• The heating power will be automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened, please do not force open the furnace door during the heating process.
• Samples and crucibles placed in the furnace should not exceed the recommended temperature and should not contact the resistance wire on the inner wall of the furnace.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases in the furnace.
Equipment should be kept clean and drying, and regularly check whether the electrical connection is firm.
• When using it for the first time or again after not using it for a long time, it is recommended to oven it to remove moisture.
