Principle
The equipment precisely sets and controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, and uses high-temperature resistant high-speed fans and comprehensive three-dimensional forced air supply technology to circulate hot air in the studio composed of double-decked liners to ensure uniform and stable temperature. Its good heat insulation and sealing design effectively reduces heat loss and realizes long-term and stable high temperature environment simulation.

Steps
Place the device in a compliant working environment (temperature < 40 ° C) and connect it to an AC 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required test temperature (within the range of RT + 10-500 ° C) and time parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument.
3. Start the equipment, and the high-temperature high-speed fan starts to work, forcing the air supply system to operate, so that the temperature of the studio rises evenly to the set value.
4. During the operation of the equipment, the meter continuously monitors the temperature, and the test can be stopped manually or automatically after the set time or conditions are reached.
5. After the test is completed, after the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, open the door lock and remove the sample.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be lower than 40 ℃.
• Make sure to use AC 380V 50Hz Power supply voltage.
• The input Power of the device is 7500W, and it is necessary to ensure that the load capacity of the power supply line is sufficient.
When placing samples, pay attention to the shelf load limit (15KG).
• When running at high temperature, do not open the box door frequently to prevent a large amount of heat loss and pay attention to burns.
• Regularly check the sealing of door locks and ceramic fiber sealing strips.
• When cleaning the studio, make use of its four-corner and half-arc design for easy wiping.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm function, please check and deal with it in time when alarming.
