Overview
HZAOC GDJS-010A high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber stopper, which has both high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency.
4. There is an air conditioning cabinet on the back side of the box studio, and equipment such as evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, and fans are installed.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. The humidification system adopts the steam boiler electric heating humidification method, and is equipped with water level control and dry burning prevention devices.
7. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, solid state relay zero-crossing trigger control heating output.
8. Safety protection measures include phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power failure protection, leakage protection, etc.
9. Equipped with independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity through the evaporator, electric heater and humidifier in the air conditioning cabinet, and circulates the air by the upper air supply and lower air return mode. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the control system precisely controls the heating and humidification output through PID signals and solid-state relays to achieve a stable temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the requirements of AC380V.
2. Open the door of the test chamber and place the test sample in the working room.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters through the operation panel.
5. Start the circulating fan, and the system automatically controls heating and humidification.
6. Monitor the running status, turn off the power after the test is completed, and take out the test sample.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency meets the requirements before use.
• Make sure the door is well sealed to prevent temperature and humidity leakage.
• Avoid blocking the air supply and returning to the trend when placing the sample.
• Regularly check the water level and heater to prevent dry burning.
• If the fault indicator light is on during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.
