The low/high temperature test Chamber realizes temperature control through heating system and refrigeration system. The heating device adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter and is controlled by a solid-state relay; the low temperature refrigeration adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The Control system monitors the temperature through a High Accuracy digital temperature controller and a PT100 Sensor, and uses the upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure uniform temperature. The system has high voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection mechanisms to ensure safe operation.
