1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton. 2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material. 3. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting. 4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation. 5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertia, long life and stable and reliable control. 6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. 7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, PT100 Temperature Sensor, Solid State Relay Zero Crossing Trigger to improve control accuracy. 8. Safety protection measures are provided, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, etc. 9. The low/high temperature test Chamber realizes temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by a solid-state relay by outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter; the refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, the Control system monitors the temperature through the PT100 Sensor, and uses a High Accuracy digital temperature controller for PID adjustment to ensure accurate and stable temperature. The air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature in the studio.

Monitor operating conditions and observe temperature fluctuations and uniformity. 8. After the test is completed, turn off the heating and cooling system and disconnect the power supply.
