Features

6. The operation mode includes setting value and program operation, the control mode is continuous PID control, the setting program 120 groups, each group up to 99 steps, can be connected to the loop.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet, and circulates air in the upper air supply and lower air return mode. The heating system generates heat from the porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the refrigeration system uses the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed out of the trend to monitor the temperature. The control system precisely controls the heating and cooling process through the PID algorithm and solid-state relays to ensure that the temperature is stable within the set range.

Steps
Connect the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the 380V +/- 10% requirement.
2. Set the temperature program in the controller, and you can choose the setting value or the program operation mode.

4. Start the device and observe the real-time display data, including temperature, running time, etc.
5. After the test is completed, stop running according to the controller operation and disconnect the power supply.

• Power frequency must be stable within 380V +/- 10% when the equipment is running.
When setting up a program, pay attention to the appropriate allocation of program steps and the number of cycles.
