Overview
HZAOC GDJW-010D low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with a size of 200 × 300mm, and a built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, and the stopper material is silicone rubber low foam.
5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
7. The temperature controller adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, which controls accurately and smoothly, and does not drift for a long time.
Principle
The test Chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the instrument, and controls the electric heating device through a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor unit for low temperature refrigeration. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated in the way of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure Temperature uniformity and Stability.

Steps
1. Power supply voltage AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system.
2. Provide deionized water or purified water as a source of water.
3. Set the Temperature range -60~ 150 ℃ and Timer Range 0~ 999h through the operation panel.
4. Start the circulating fan and start the refrigeration unit and heating system after confirming normal operation.
5. Monitor Temperature Uniformity ≤ +/- 2.0 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation ≤ +/- 0.5 ℃ and temperature deviation ≤ +/- 2 ℃.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the heating, cooling system and fan in sequence.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
• Must use deionized water or purified water, avoid using ordinary tap water.
• Ensure the normal operation of the circulating fan before starting, otherwise the refrigeration unit and heating system will not start.
• Pay attention to the status of the system protection device, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, high voltage protection, etc.
• Regularly check the sealing performance of the test hole stopper to ensure the thermal insulation effect.
• When the observation window is frosted, the built-in heating wire will work automatically without manual treatment.
