Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating system and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by solid-state relay by outputting controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the instrument. The cooling system adopts shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which monitors the trend temperature through temperature transducer, and uses the upper air supply and lower air return mode to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the studio.
