Overview
HZAOC GDJS-225D high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, the size is 250 × 260mm, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. The humidification system adopts steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, armored electric heating tube, with water level control and anti-dry burning device.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen Temperature and Humidity Controller, PT100 Temperature Sensor, Solid State Relay Zero Crossing Trigger to improve control accuracy.
7. Safety protection measures include phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power failure protection, leakage protection, etc.
8. Equipped with independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Principle
The test chamber adopts the upper air supply and lower air return mode to adjust the temperature and humidity through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the control system outputs the PID signal to control the heating and humidification through the solid state relay, so as to realize the accurate simulation of temperature and humidity changes.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC380V to ensure that the power supply is normal.
2. Open the door of the test chamber and place the test sample in the working room.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters through the operation panel.
5. Start the circulating fan, and the system automatically controls heating and humidification.
6. Monitor the operating status and observe the fault indicator.
7. After the test is completed, shut down the system and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC380V to avoid voltage instability.
• Check the sealing strip and observation window before operation to prevent air leakage.
• The water level control device of the humidification system needs to be checked regularly to prevent dry burning.
• When the fan is not started or overloaded, the heating and humidification system cannot be started.
• Maintain Sensors and Heaters regularly to ensure accuracy and longevity.
• The over-temperature protector operates independently and needs to be tested regularly for its reliability.
• Avoid running in high temperature or high humidity environment for a long time to prevent equipment overload.
