Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250D low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. Temperature range is -60~ 150 ℃, studio volume is 250L.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton
2. Door sealing with double-decked silicone rubber sealing material
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire frost-proof and equipped with lighting
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper material is silicone rubber low foam, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency
5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant
7. The temperature controller adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, which controls accurately and smoothly, and does not drift for a long time
8. Control system with Safety protection measures, including phase loss protection, over temperature protection, leakage protection, etc
9. With independent over-temperature protector, the heating power can be reliably disconnected even if the main controller fails
Principle
The test Chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, and the meter outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal controlled by a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature distribution.

Steps
1. Connect AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Provision of deionized water or purified water as a source of water
3. Set Temperature Parameters and Timer Range through Operation Panel
4. After starting the circulating fan, turn on the refrigeration unit and heating system
5. Monitor the test process through the observation window
6. After the test is completed, press the button of the operation panel to stop the equipment from running.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
• Do not start the refrigeration unit and heating system when the circulating fan is not started or overloaded
• The refrigeration unit will be prohibited from operating when the unit is ultra-high voltage and overloaded
• Safety protection devices are checked before use
• Regularly check the operation of the system and pay attention to the monitoring data of the high voltage meter
