Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250A low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.

Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating device adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by the instrument outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal and controlled by a solid state relay. The low temperature refrigeration adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit with imported brand refrigeration components. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated by the upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure Temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system
2. Check the water source and ensure that deionized water or purified water is used
3. Set the test parameters through the operation panel, including Temperature range, heating rate, cooling rate, timing time, etc
4. Start the circulating fan and confirm normal operation
5. Start the heating or cooling system for testing
6. Monitor the test process through the observation window
7. After the test, shut down the systems in sequence
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• When the equipment is running, pay attention to the operation of the high voltage meter monitoring system
• In the event of abnormal conditions such as overtemperature and power failure, the protection system will automatically cut off the power supply
• Regularly check the status of sealing materials and insulation materials
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety
