Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250A high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. The box adopts an overall structure, the inner side is stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate spray, equipped with multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow observation window and test hole.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is equipped with built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
5. 120 sets of setting programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps, can be connected to cycles, and the power failure recovery function includes termination or continuous operation.
6. The safety protection system includes multiple protections such as phase loss, phase sequence error, overtemperature, high voltage, overload and leakage.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by solid-state relay; the cooling capacity adjustment adopts shunt method. The control system adopts continuous PID control, and the operation mode includes fixed value and program operation. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the air supply mode is upper air supply and lower air return.

Steps
1. Set the temperature program in the controller, you can write the program name and call the storage Linear dispersion.
2. Select the operation mode as a fixed value or program operation, and set parameters such as temperature, time, etc.
3. Start the equipment and monitor the real-time display data including temperature, running time, heating status, etc.
4. In the event of a failure, locate the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
5. Use the test hole for external connection, and the operation panel is located in the upper left part of the test chamber.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V +/- 10%, and the total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started.
• The refrigeration unit will be prohibited from operating when the unit is ultra-high voltage and overloaded.
• Use an independent over-temperature protector to disconnect the heating power even if the main controller fails.
• Avoid frosting in the observation window at low temperature, and the built-in heating wire has been equipped with anti-frost function.
• Test hole stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, need to keep sealing to maintain thermal insulation efficiency.
