Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250B low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and their materials when stored, transported and used in high and low temperature environment, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.

Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter and is controlled by a solid-state relay. The refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit with imported brand refrigeration components. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated in the upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure Temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 380V +/- 10%
2. Check the water source and ensure that deionized water or purified water is used
3. Set the required temperature parameters and timing time through the operation panel
4. Start the circulating fan
5. Start the heating or cooling system
6. Observe temperature changes and monitor equipment operation status
7. Turn off the equipment in sequence after the test is completed
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be within the range of 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• Pay attention to observe the status of each protection indicator light
• Regularly check the operation of all parts of the equipment
• Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is running
• The test hole should be sealed in time after use
