The box adopts an overall structure, the inner side is stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate spray, equipped with observation window and test hole.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system uses a shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity and control accuracy.

Steps
