Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250E low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.

Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the instrument, and controls the heating device through a solid-state relay. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed Compressor unit to achieve a low temperature environment. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated in the way of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure Temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 380V +/- 10%
2. Check whether the water source is deionized water or purified water
3. Set the required temperature parameters and timing time through the operation panel
4. Start the circulating fan
5. Start the heating or cooling system
6. Observe temperature changes and monitor system operation status
7. After the test is completed, shut down each system in sequence
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be 5~ 28 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• Pay attention to observe the operation of the high voltage meter monitoring system
• Pay attention to check the fault indicator light when a fault occurs
• Safety protection devices are checked regularly
• Do not open the box door at will when the equipment is running
