Overview
HZAOC GDJW-50D low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.

1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton

5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and lower air return method
Principle
The test Chamber realizes temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by the instrument outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal and controlled by a solid state relay; the refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, with imported brand refrigeration parts and R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the PT100 temperature sensor to ensure accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Connection power supply: AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system
2. Prepare water sources: use deionized water or purified water
3. Set temperature parameters: Temperature range -60~ 150 ℃, heating rate 1.0~ 3.0 ℃/min, cooling rate 0.7~ 1.0 ℃/min
4. Set Timer Range: 0~ 999h
5. Start the device: operate through the function buttons on the operation panel
6. Monitor operation: observe the fault indicator light to ensure the normal operation of the equipment
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power supply voltage must be AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• Safety protection measures should be paid attention to when the equipment is running, including phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, etc
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• The refrigeration unit will be prohibited from operating when the unit is ultra-high voltage and overloaded
• The built-in heating wire in the observation window can prevent low temperature frosting and ensure clear observation
