Overview
HZAOC GDJW-50E low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. Temperature range is -70~ 150 ℃, studio volume is 50L.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton
2. Door sealing with double-decked silicone rubber sealing material
3. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper material is silicone rubber low foam, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation
5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and lower air return method
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling systems. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter and is controlled by a solid-state relay; the low temperature refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, the Control system monitors the temperature through the PT100 temperature sensor, and the solid-state relay zero-crossing triggers the heating output to ensure that Temperature Uniformity and Fluctuation meet the requirements.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system
2. Provision of deionized water or purified water as a source of water
3. Set the required temperature parameters and Timer Range through the operation panel
4. Start the device and observe the temperature change
5. Power off the device after the test is completed

• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be 5~ 28 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Power supply voltage must meet AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system requirements
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
Safety protection measures, including phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, over-temperature protection, etc
• The built-in heating wire in the observation window is used to prevent frost formation, do not disassemble it at will
• The test hole stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, which needs to be kept intact to ensure thermal insulation effect
