Overview
HZAOC GDJW-50C low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, and the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, which has both high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertia, long life and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, the refrigeration parts are imported brands, and R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant is used.
6. Control system with High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Temperature Sensor, accurate and stable control, long-term operation without drift.
Principle
The test Chamber circulates the air through the evaporator, electric heating device, humidifier, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Control system adjusts the heating and cooling system according to the set parameters to realize high and low temperature environment simulation. The heating output is triggered by solid state relay zero crossing to ensure control accuracy and Stability.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system.
2. Provide deionized water or purified water as a source of water.
3. Temperature range, timing and other parameters are set through the operation panel.
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the refrigeration unit and heating system are started after normal operation.
5. Monitor the operating status of the system and conduct sample inspection through observation windows and test holes.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and disconnect the power supply in sequence.
Notice
• Equipment needs to work under Ambient Temperature 5~ 28 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power supply voltage must meet AC380 (+/- 10%) V requirements to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• Use deionized water or purified water to prevent impurities from affecting the humidification system.
• Make sure the circulating fan is normal before starting, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not operate.
• Regularly check the protection system, such as overtemperature, high voltage, overload, etc., to ensure safety.
The observation window heating wire and lighting are only used for frost protection and lighting, do not look directly at it for a long time.
