Overview
BENTING CBGDW-80L low/high temperature test chamber is a kind of equipment for high and low temperature and constant heat and humidity reliability test of industrial products. It has a wide temperature control range, which is suitable for inspection of parts and materials in electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace and other fields. The performance index under temperature cycle and heat and humidity changes.
Features
1. Enclosure Material adopts cold plate baking paint, the inner wall is good mirror stainless steel plate, and the box insulation material is fiberglass.
2. Single open hinged door design, equipped with observation window, lighting and window/door frame anti-condensation electric heating device.
3. Control panel integrated controller display, U disk interface, RS232 computer communication interface, power switch, status indicator and sound and light alarm device.
4. The unit includes refrigeration unit, water tray, drain hole, condenser fan, condenser inlet trend and supply water tank.
5. The power distribution system includes IO board, machine tool transformer, ballast, intermediate relay, solid state relay, AC contactor, thermal relay, fuse, underphase relay and air switch.
6. The control system automatically adjusts the operation and energy-saving working conditions of the refrigerator according to the test conditions, and the cooling capacity of the evaporator is switched by the control system driving the solenoid valve.
Principle
The test chamber automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator through the control system to realize temperature control. The cooling capacity of the evaporator is switched and driven by the solenoid valve to ensure the stability of high and low temperature circulation and constant heat and humidity environment. The binary cascade cooling method (suitable for the range of -40 ℃~ -70 ℃) is adopted, and the fully enclosed low-noise rotor Compressor and air-cooled heat exchanger (or Water-Cooled heat exchanger) are used for efficient cooling.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and other test parameters through the control panel.
3. Start the equipment and the control system automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator.
4. Monitor the test process and use observation windows and status indicators to ensure normal operation.
5. After the test, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
