Overview
HZAOC GDJW-50B low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. The box adopts an overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.

Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by a solid-state relay by outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter. The low temperature refrigeration adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Control system monitors the temperature through the PT100 temperature sensor, and uses the upper air supply and lower air return mode for air circulation.

Steps
1. Connect AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Provision of deionized water or purified water as a source of water
3. Set temperature parameters and timing time through the operation panel
4. Start the circulating fan
5. Start the heating or cooling system
6. Monitor the test process through the observation window
7. Power off the device after the test is completed

• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power supply voltage must be AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire system
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• Pay attention to observe the working status of each protection device when the equipment is running
• Regularly check the sealing performance of the test hole stopper
