Overview
HZAOC GDJW-100D low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. Temperature range of the equipment is -60~ 150 ℃, studio volume is 100L, using upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure Temperature uniformity.
Features

Principle
The equipment realizes temperature control through heating system and refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by the instrument output controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal through solid state relay; the refrigeration system adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, with imported refrigeration parts and R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in the trend Control system automatically adjusts the temperature according to the set parameters to realize high and low temperature environment simulation.

Steps
1. Connect AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Provision of deionized water or purified water as a source of water
3. Set temperature parameters and time range through the operation panel
4. Start the equipment for testing
5. Monitor the test process through the observation window
6. Power off the device after the test is completed

• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity should not exceed 85% R.H.
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• Ensure the normal operation of the circulating fan when the equipment is running
• Pay attention to observe the status of each protection indicator light
• Regularly check the high voltage meter reading of the refrigeration system
• It is forbidden to force start when the equipment fails
