8. The carbonation value of the test area can be entered 3 times, and the average value is automatically calculated.
9. Test components support selective transmission, printing, export, and deletion.
10. Built-in steel anvil calibration function, support rebound times to view.
11. Support the internal program update of the instrument to facilitate functional upgrades.
12. Optional Bluetooth printer is available to print data on site.
13. Equipped with a dedicated interface for earphones, it can be used in noisy environments.
14. Equipped with a business oblique leather bag, it is easy to carry and durable.
15. Easy to operate, Rebound Hammer can be disassembled and replaced without special training.
Principle
The instrument automatically collects the rebound value of the mechanical Rebound Hammer through the non-contact grating optocoupler Sensor, and digitalizes the data. According to the relevant testing specifications, the instrument automatically calculates the converted strength value of concrete and the estimated strength of components in each measuring area, realizing the automation and intelligence of the testing process.
Applications
Non-damage testing of concrete compressire strength in structural engineering
Standards
Industry standard Technical specification for springback testing concrete compressire strength JGJ/T23-2001
Steps
1. Assemble the digital module with the mechanical Rebound Hammer.
2. Turn it on and make the necessary settings (e.g. language selection).
3. Conduct a bounce test on the concrete component to be tested.
4. The instrument automatically displays, records, and stores the rebound value.
5. Enter the carbonation depth value of the measuring area (optional).
6. The instrument automatically calculates the strength results according to the specification.
7. Transfer, print or export data via USB, Bluetooth or WiFi.
8. After use, the removable digital module can be charged or the battery replaced.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use.
• The impact test shall comply with the relevant operating procedures.
• Regularly calibrate with steel anvil to ensure accurate instrument indication (the calibrated value should be 80 +/- 2).
• Avoid severe impact or humid environments.
• It is recommended to use headphones in noisy environments to ensure clear voice broadcasts.
• Please ensure a stable connection when transferring data.
• The instrument screen and buttons should be kept clean.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to remove the battery.
