14. Equipped with a business oblique leather bag, it is easy to carry and durable.
15. The operator can freely disassemble and replace the Rebound Hammer without training.
Principle
The digital display Rebound Hammer uses a non-contact grating optocoupler Sensor to automatically collect the ejection data of the mechanical Rebound Hammer, automatically record, store and calculate through the digital module, and process the data according to the relevant detection specifications, and finally obtain the estimated value of the concrete compressire strength.
Applications
Non-damage testing of concrete compressire strength in structural engineering
Standards
Industry standard Technical specification for springback testing concrete compressire strength JGJ/T23-2001
Steps
1. Install Digital Module and Mechanical Rebound Hammer.
2. Power on and make the necessary settings (e.g. language selection).
3. Perform a bounce test on the detection component, and the instrument automatically displays and records the rebound value.
4. Enter the carbonation value of the test area as required.
5. The instrument automatically calculates the intensity value according to the specification.
6. Transfer, print, or export data via USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi interfaces.
7. After use, the removable digital module can be charged or the battery replaced.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use.
The impact test shall comply with the relevant operating procedures.
* Regularly calibrate with steel anvil to ensure accurate indication.
* Avoid instrument from severe impact or wet environment.
Please ensure a stable connection when transferring data.
* Optional Bluetooth printer and WiFi functions need to be configured separately.
* The earphone interface is a universal standard interface, and universal earphones can be used.
* When the instrument is not in operation, it will automatically shut down to save power.
