Principle
This product is a formed film bar. By placing the coating on the substrate and scraping it at a specific pressure and speed using bar, the thickness of the wet-film is controlled by the precision winding wire on the bar, resulting in a uniform, thickness-controlled coating on the substrate.

Steps
1. Place the substrate to be Spreader flat.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of paint onto one end of the substrate.
3. Install the handle of the Spreader Metering rod in the grip section at both ends of the bar.
4. Hold the handle so that the bar is in contact with the surface of the substrate, and scrape the bar from one end of the paint to the other at a uniform speed and with appropriate pressure.
5. After finishing the Spreader, clean the bar in time.
Notice
• Make sure the bar and substrate are clean and drying before use.
• Spreaders need to maintain uniform speed and pressure to ensure consistent Coating thickness.
• The bar should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable solvent immediately after use to prevent the coating from curing.
• When cleaning, pay attention to protect the winding wire on the surface of the bar to avoid bumping or scratching with hard objects.
• When storing, put the bar back in the original Encasement tube and place it in a drying environment.
