YONGCHAOMT D10-YC015-L240mm (set) is a China color bar 240mm package, including a bar and a handle. The product is a formed film bar, made of 304 stainless steel, chrome-plated surface, Hardness up to 1300HV, with wear resistance and long life. The total length of the bar is 240mm, the application width is 210mm, and there are 15mm hand grips at each end. Encasement is a hard plastic transparent tube with black soft rubber lid at both ends.

Principle
The product is a formed film bar (scratch ink bar). By placing paint, inks and other liquids on the substrate, using bar to scrape at a certain pressure and speed, using the gap formed by the precision steel wire wound on the bar, a uniform and thickness controllable wet-film coating is left on the surface of the substrate.

Steps
1. Spreader the liquid (e.g. paint, inks) at one end of the substrate.
2. Install the bar on the handle to ensure stability.
3. Hold the handheld parts at both ends of the bar and scrape the bar smoothly and uniformly over the liquid at a certain angle and pressure.
4. Spreader, clean the bar in time.
Notice
• Please clean it in time after use to avoid paint, inks and other residues drying up on the bar, which will affect the next use effect and bar life.
• When cleaning, it is recommended to use a suitable solvent and wipe it gently to avoid scratching with hard objects to protect the surface platings of the bar and the steel wire structure.
When storing, please place it in the original hard plastic tube and cover it with a soft rubber lid to prevent bumping and dust contamination.
• Please select the appropriate bar model according to the required wet film thickness (e.g. this model is 15μm).
