Overview
Yongchao Spreader Metering rod D10-YC080-L240mm (set) is a formed film bar, the set contains a bar and a handle. bar is made of 304 stainless steel, chrome-plated surface, Hardness up to 1300HV, with excellent Abrasion Resistance and service life. The product is manufactured by cold extrusion process, which has the advantages of unbroken wire and easy cleaning. The outer Encasement is a hard plastic transparent tube with black soft rubber lid at both ends. The total length of the rod is 240mm, the diameter is 10mm, the application width is 210mm, and there are 15mm hand-held parts at each end.

Principle
The product is a formed Spreader Metering rod. When in use, an appropriate amount of liquid to be Spreader is placed on the substrate, and the bar is pushed to move at a uniform speed through the handheld handle. The precision wire-wound structure on the bar scrapes off the excess liquid, resulting in a uniform thickness and controllable wet-film on the surface of the substrate.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and liquid sample to be Spreader.
2. Pour or add an appropriate amount of liquid to one end of the substrate.
3. Install the bar into the handle to ensure that it is firmly fixed.
4. Holding the handle, place the part of the bar with the wire-wound vertically in front of the liquid.
5. Push the bar at a uniform speed and appropriate pressure to move it smoothly on the substrate, completing the Spreader.
6. After use, clean the bar with a suitable solvent in time, and store it in the Encasement tube after drying.
Notice
• Please check whether the bar wire-wound is intact and free of damage or foreign objects before use.
• Spreaders need to maintain uniform speed and pressure stability to ensure uniform film thickness.
• It should be cleaned immediately after use to prevent the residue from drying up and blocking the seam, which will affect the accuracy of the next use.
• When cleaning, it is recommended to use a soft cloth or a soft brush to avoid scratching with hard objects and damaging the surface of the bar.
• Please store in a drying place to avoid bumping to maintain bar accuracy and prolong service life.
