YONGCHAOMT D10-YC050-L240mm (set) is a China formed film bar set containing a bar and a handle. bar is made of 304 stainless steel, chrome plated surface, Hardness up to 1300HV, with excellent Abrasion Resistance and service life. The product is manufactured by cold extrusion process, which has the advantages of unbroken wire and easy cleaning. The outer Encasement is a hard plastic transparent tube with a black soft rubber cover. The total length of the wire rod is 240mm, the application width is 210mm, and there are 15mm hand-held parts at each end. Principle
The product is a formed Spreader Metering rod (Mayer Rods). To use, an appropriate amount of the liquid to be Spreader is placed on the substrate, and by holding the bar handle, it is scraped across the surface of the liquid at uniform speed and pressure. Measurement of the liquid is carried away by the precision wire or groove wound on the bar, resulting in a uniform and controllable wet-film on the substrate. Its nominal wet film thickness is 50μm.
