China Spreader experimental coating bar set, model D10-YC020-L240mm (set), contains a 240mm long film wire-wound drawdown bar and a handle. bar is made of 304 stainless steel, chrome-plated surface, Hardness up to 1300HV, which has the characteristics of wear resistance and long life. Adopt cold extrusion process, which has the advantages of unbroken wire and easy cleaning. The outer Encasement is a hard plastic transparent tube with a black soft rubber cover.

Principle
The Spreader Metering rod forms a specific gap through the surface of the wire wound with precision. When the rod body rolls on the surface of the substrate, the fluid material such as paint and inks can be uniformly scraped to a preset wet film thickness.

Steps
1. Pour the paint or Spreader liquid over one end of the substrate.
2. Install the bar to the handle.
3. Holding the handle, place the wire wound end of the bar smoothly in front of the liquid.
4. With a uniform speed and appropriate pressure, pull the bar in the direction of the body to complete the Spreader.
Notice
• Make sure the bar and substrate surface are clean and drying before use.
• Spreaders need to maintain uniform speed and pressure stability to ensure uniform film.
• The bar should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable solvent immediately after use to avoid coating curing.
• Please use a soft cloth or brush when cleaning to avoid scratching the surface of the bar.
Store in a drying place to avoid bumping to protect bar accuracy.
