Overview
The China inks color bar set contains a 240mm long film wire-wound drawdown bar and a handle. The bar diameter is 10mm, the application width is 210mm, and there are 15mm hand-held parts at each end. The product is made of 304 stainless steel, chrome-plated surface, Hardness up to 1300HV, and has the characteristics of wear resistance and long life. It uses a cold extrusion process, which has the advantages of continuous silk and easy cleaning. The outer Encasement is a hard plastic transparent tube with a black soft rubber cover.

Principle
The Spreader Metering rod forms a specific gap through a metal wire precisely wound on its surface. When the rod body rolls on the substrate to be Spreader, liquids such as paint and inks can be uniformly scraped into a wet-film of a preset thickness.

Steps
1. Pour a liquid such as paint or inks on one end of the substrate to be Spreader.
2. Hold the bar handle and place the bar filament in front of the liquid.
3. Maintain a steady pressure and push the bar to the other end at a constant speed to complete the Spreader.
Notice
* Please make sure that the bar surface is clean and drying without residue before use.
* Spreaders need to maintain uniform speed and pressure stability to ensure uniform film thickness.
* The bar should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable solvent immediately after use to prevent the coating from curing.
* Please use a soft cloth or brush when cleaning to avoid scratching the surface of the bar.
* When storing, please put the bar back in the original Encasement tube and place it in a drying environment.
