Overview
The ZY-TB-G bar Lab Film Applicator is a product developed and produced according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T 9756-2018, which is used to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. The equipment is designed to solve the inconsistency problem caused by artificial film due to speed, pressure and other factors. It can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples, which greatly improves the reproducibility of film. It has been favored by many enterprises, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator realizes automatic Spreader on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator (bar). The smooth operation of the equipment ensures that the parameters of the Spreader process are consistent each time, thus preparing a wet-film sample with uniform thickness and flat surface, effectively overcoming the differences caused by manual operation.

Steps
1. According to the thickness requirements of the Spreader, select the appropriate bar specification and install it.
2. Place the substrate to be Spreader on the Spreader platform and secure it using optional Accessories such as substrate fixtures.
3. Add an appropriate amount of sample (such as paint) to the starting position of the Spreader.
4. Set the required coating speed and other parameters through Touchscreen.
5. Start the device and complete the Spreader process automatically.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the substrate coated with wet-film for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
Please ensure that the equipment is placed horizontally before use, and can be adjusted by fine-tuning the horizontal height support foot device if necessary.
* Depending on the thickness uniformity of the substrate, Accessories such as silicone pads and weights can be considered to ensure uniform Spreader pressure.
* The choice of coating speed should be set according to the sample characteristics and the required film thickness.
* The equipment vacuum pump is an external configuration, and it is necessary to ensure that the connection is correct and the vacuum pump works normally when using it.
* When cleaning bars and Spreader platforms, use a suitable solvent and avoid scratching the surface.
The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
Optional Accessories (such as leakage tanks) can be used to collect excess samples while Spreader, keeping the work area clean. It is recommended to use as needed.
