ZY-TB-X2 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental small Lab Film Applicator with imported accessories, designed to solve the problem of uneven artificial film and poor reproducibility. It ensures accurate and uniform wet-film coating on different substrates by precisely controlling the Spreader speed and applying stable pressure, which improves the Reliability and comparability of experimental results.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator moves at a set constant speed via a motor-driven coating applicator (bar or Drawdown blade) while applying a steady, adjustable pressure to the coating applicator. High Accuracy and repeatability of the film process is achieved by fixing the substrate with a Vacuum chuck countertop to ensure consistent contact and pressure between the Spreader tool and the substrate surface.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck table, start the vacuum pump to fix.
2. According to the experimental requirements, select the appropriate Spreader tool (bar or Drawdown blade) and install it.
3. Set the required parameters such as coating speed and Spreader thickness through Touchscreen.
4. Place the material to be Spreader in the starting position of the Spreader.
5. Start the device and the coating applicator will automatically complete the Uniform Spreader process.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing or testing.
