ZY-TB-A2 Automatic Film Applicator is a China bar Lab Film Applicator used to accurately Spreader wet-film on different substrates. Principle
The device drives the Spreader head (bar) by a motor to move at a constant speed at a set speed, uniformly Spreader the coating on the surface of the substrate placed on the heated platform. The thickness of the Spreader is determined by the specifications of the selected bar, and the speed and pressure during the Spreader process are precisely controlled by the device, thus ensuring the conformity of each Spreader. The substrate can be heated by the heated platform to simulate or accelerate specific Spreader process conditions.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, select the appropriate bar and install it.
3. Spreader substrate (such as Glass plate) is placed on the heating platform, can be fixed using fixture.
4. Set the desired Spreader speed and heating temperature through the Touchscreen.
5. Place an appropriate amount of paint on the substrate in front of the bar.
6. Start the device and bar will automatically move at a constant speed to complete the Spreader.
7. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.

Equipment should be well grounded to ensure electrical safety.
• After first use or long-term use, it is recommended to run the inspection without load first.
• The temperature of the heating platform is high, do not touch it directly during operation to prevent burns.
• According to substrate thickness and Smoothness, Accessories such as trimming horizontal height support feet or silicone pads can be selected to ensure uniform Spreader.
• Spreader thickness depends on the bar specification, please choose correctly according to the experimental requirements.
• The equipment is not suitable for flammable, explosive or strong corrosion coatings, please ensure that the environment ventilates when using.
• When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply first, and wait for the heating platform to completely chill down before proceeding.
