Principle
Plastic film substrate, Soft Encasement film, Spreader paper and other heat sealing films were tested for heat sealing performance by controlling the heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time and heat sealing pressure.

Steps
1. Select manual or pedal start mode
2. Set the heat seal temperature, heat seal time and heat seal pressure parameters
3. Place the sample between the heat heads
Step 4 Start the heat sealing process
5. Remove the sample after the automatic timing is completed

• Pay attention to anti-burn safety design
• Power frequency AC 220V 50Hz
• Heat sealing pressure must not exceed 0.7MPa
• Check the connection status of the heating pipe power connector before use
