Overview
ZY-RF-S1 five-point heat sealing instrument adopts hot-pressing sealing method to test the heat sealing temperature, time, pressure and other parameters of Plastic film, Soft Encasement composite film, Spreader paper and Miscellaneous heat sealing composite film. The instrument ensures accurate heat sealing test data through standardized design and standardized operation, providing guidance for large-scale industrial production.

Principle
The instrument adopts the hot-pressing sealing method, and the sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower hot-sealing heads, and the sealing is completed under the preset temperature, pressure and time.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat seals
2. Set preset temperature, pressure and time parameters
3. Start the test manually or with a foot pedal
4. Take out the sample after sealing.
