Laboratory Heat Sealing Tester

The film heat sealer fuses and bonds the sealing surfaces of films through heating and pressure. It is used to test the heat seal strength of packaging materials and validate sealing process parameters in the quality inspection of plastic films and composite films.
Selection
Consider temperature control accuracy, pressure uniformity, and the adjustment range of sealing width during selection. Match the temperature range based on the types of materials tested daily, choose appropriate fixtures according to sample size, and pay attention to heating speed and cooling system stability.
