Overview
The JINGKELIAN QFS scrubbing resistance tester is a professional equipment used to determine the scrubbing resistance performance of architectural coatings coatings. The instrument evaluates the scrubbing resistance of coating surfaces under specified test conditions by simulating the reciprocating motion of the brush. It is suitable for interior-wall and exterior coating testing.
Features
1.Brush weight (including brush) is 450 +/- 2g to ensure test accuracy
2. Scrub Travel is 300mm, covering the standard test range
3. Scrub speed of 37 +/- 2cpm, providing stability testing conditions
4. Equipped with a 4-bit counter to accurately record the number of washes
5. Power supply is 220V 50Hz, compatible with standard power grids
6. dimensions of 460 * 560 * 450mm, compact structure
7.Interior-wall and exterior-wall dual-use, a wide range of applications
Principle
Under the specified test conditions, the instrument simulates the scrubbing process in actual use by setting and changing the number of scrubbing times of the brush reciprocating motion, so as to determine the anti-scrubbing performance of the surface of architectural coatings coatings.
Applications
Interior-wall coating test, exterior coating test
Standards
GB/T9266-88、GB/T9153-88
Steps
1. Prepare samples of architectural coatings coatings to be tested
2. Fix the sample in the instrument testing position
3. Set the number of washes for the reciprocating motion of the brush
4. Start the instrument for washing resistance test
5. Record the number of washes through the counter
6. Observe and evaluate the anti-scrubbing performance of the coating surface
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch
• Check whether the brush weight meets the 450 +/- 2g requirement before testing
• Keep the scrubbing speed within the range of 37 +/- 2cpm
• The instrument is only used for architectural coatings coating testing, not for other purposes
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with moving parts
