Standard dissociation meter (model ZY-YLD) is an instrument used to determine the filtration rate of various Pulp water suspensions. Principle
The Canadian standard dissociation determination is based on the specified conditions. The instrument measures the water filtration performance of 1000mL of Stock water suspension with a content of 0.3% and a temperature of 20 ° C. The CSF value is expressed as the volume (mL) of the outflow water from the side tube. The water filtration chamber is made of stainless steel. The bottom is a porous sieve plate and a sealing bottom cover. The top cover is sealed. Pulp outflow from the bottom cover is opened to penetrate the water cone funnel measurement.

Steps
1. Prepare a stock water suspension with a content of 0.3% and a temperature of 20 ° C at 1000mL; 2. Pour the stock into the water filter chamber; 3. Sealing the bottom cover and the top cover; 4.
