Overview
The YINUO YN-YLD01 Canadian Standard Freeness Meter is a special instrument for measuring the filtration rate of various Pulp water suspensions. Refining or fine grinding of fibers is reflected by the degree of dissociation (CSF) value. The instrument is made of all stainless steel, has anti-corrosion properties, and has a long service life. It is widely used in paper industry production inspection, process formulation and scientific research experiments.
Features
1. All stainless steel structure, anti-corrosion and durable; 2. Measurement range 0~ 1000CSF, accuracy 10CSF; 3. Using body sealing + silicone sealing ring structure, sealing ring is pure silicone material, acid and alkali resistance; 4. Self-Adjustment; 5. Meet a number of international standards.
Principle
The Canadian standard dissociation determination is based on the specified conditions, testing the water filtration performance of the 1000 mL stock water suspension with a content of 0.3 +/- 0.0005% and a temperature of 20 ° C, and the volume of water flowing out through the side tube of the instrument (mL) represents the CSF value to evaluate the fiber surface condition and swelling.
Applications
Pulp, composite fiber
Standards
ISO 5267/2, AS/NZ 1301, 206s, BS 6035 part 2, CPPA C1, SCAN C21, QB/T1669-1992, TAPPI T227
Steps
1. Prepare a stock suspension with a content of 1000mL of 0.3 +/- 0.0005% and a temperature of 20 ° C; 2. Pour the suspension into the instrument round container; 3. Start the test and measure the volume of water flowing out of the side tube; 4. Record the CSF value; 5. Self-calibrate (if necessary).
Notice
• Ensure that the stock suspension concentration and temperature meet the standard requirements; • Regularly check whether the sealing ring is in good condition to prevent leakage; • Clean the instrument in time after use to avoid residue corrosion; • Confirm that the environmental conditions are stable before calibrating the instrument; • Strictly follow the operation steps to perform the test.
